This New Orleans MSY Priority Pass Lounge is located in concourse A of the New Orleans International Airport. The airport is really small and the lounge can also be accessed from concourse B.
The published hours are 4:30 am – 9 pm daily. It is staffed with very friendly personnel, who are happy to answer any of your questions.

Location of the MSY Priority Pass Lounge
This Priority Pass lounge is the only PP lounge in the New Orleans MYS Airport. This is located just past the entrance of concourse B on your way to concourse A. It is located on the right side of the hall. You will pass Cafe Du Mondé, then take the elevator on the right up to the 3rd floor.
Hours of the Lounge
The stated hours of this lounge are 4:30 am – 9 pm daily. This is earlier than many lounges.
Seating inside the New Orleans Priority Pass Lounge
The lounge has multiple different seating types. Tables and chairs by the food, couches by the TVs, and desk areas. There is a really nice bar set up facing the runway, which shows a fantastic view of planes coming and going.
There are quiet pods in this club. Something I have not seen before. They worked out great to conduct a meeting. These are set in a separate area of the lounge (quiet zone) and they work very well. While they are small, you can easily set up your computer and work without any distractions from the outside. You can also get your food delivered to the quiet zone.

Food and Beverages
This is the 2nd Club we have been to with the new QR code to obtain a menu and order food.
Ready 2 Order available in the lounge: A digital and contactless order solution of complimentary lounge refreshments.
There are some snacks available as a grab-and-go along with refreshments (soda, water, and coffee).
The Ready 2 Order system is very simple. You scan a QR code at the table or seat, then select from a wide variety of choices such as Small Plates (cheese and crackers, crudites), Large Plates (ham and cheese slider, rice bowl), or Dessert (brownies, bread pudding). You can also get beer and liquor delivered to you.
Overall the food was great, in small portions, but you can get as much as you would like. I would recommend having some cash on hand as a tip. Not everyone tipped, but the staff seemed excited when I did.

Restrooms and Showers
There are both showers and restrooms inside the lounge. The restrooms are spacious and easy to change in, if necessary.

Review of the MSY New Orleans Priority Pass Lounge

Overall the Club MSY is a very comfortable lounge with all of the creature comforts one could ask for. There is plenty and a wide range of seating. I was there in the middle of the day and had no problems getting a table by the snack area, a couch, or a quiet zone pod.
The Quite Zone is very unique and something that should be put into every lounge. They are perfect to get some work done, or if you just want some peace and quiet.
They have an oversized bar area with plenty of TVs, and they called out the flights as the departure time came near. This lounge also has showers and adequate charging stations all around.
